The Defloristics deliver electronic jazzy breaks %26amp; soul music to the fullest. It is the project of two Germany-based producers Robert Hardt %26amp; Harry Zier, who have previously worked with artists like Chaka Khan, Keith Sweat, Roger Troutmann %26amp; Zapp. ‘Back in the Days’ is their debut album, featuring vocals from Donald McCollum, Alison Degbe %26amp; Willy Wonder. TheDefloristics is a highly polished collection of vocal and jazz infused deep house. The sound moves around from the super deep ‘I got what you…’ to the very funky percussive ‘Wasn’t dressed right’ and settling on down tempo lushness in Bennets Lullaby. The production is fat to say the least with expansive baselines which sound great in the car….This is definitely one of those albums that doesn’t disappoint and one you are unlikely to come across without recommendation…so here it is…I strongly recommend this album.
