This is just the beginning... But not the beginning of The Bria Project. Bria has been creating for years, for most of her life. Her heart and soul are in the musical compilations that she creates. The tapestry of her life is painted by the artists and songs she chooses. She is telling her story with these releases and hopes they become part of yours. The Bria Project began in Detroit, with compilations based primarily on smooth jazz tunes. Then with a move to the east coast, the exposure to chill and lounge music changed the direction and content of the compilations Brigetta created. After a number of years making compilations for her own and her friend%26apos;s listening pleasure, the word began to spread to others who had had chance to listen to her creations. She then decided to %26quot;name%26quot; the projects...and thus, The Bria Project was born. In December of 2006, Greg had the good fortune to meet Brigetta and hear a few of her cds. It was an immediate melding of interests, as they shared not only the same musical tastes, but the desire to take the next step with her efforts...something on a professional level. And thus The Bria Project began an exposure to the rest of the world. As this is written, tens of thousands of music lovers around the world have heard The Bria Project. Comments and emails give rave review of what she has, heretofore, offered to the world with no other reward than to share the music she loves....you can find some their thoughts in the Comments section of this website. We hope to offer a growing number of releases this year to our catalogue, from the Deep House grooves that pull you out on the dance floor, to the Chilled Lounge sounds when you just want to end the day...and everything in between. There is no limit to what she can create, no limit to where her heart will take her when she begins a new work. I am constantly amazed with what I hear when she brings me a new creation. The flow is always there. The selection of artists and songs that make up one of her compilations brings listening to music to another level. We hope one day she can present her efforts to the world on a professional level, as I would assume most of you are aware, she is not currently a signed artist. But that day will come.
